My web pages have been recently rewritten to use frames, which you
apparently don't have yet. (For most platforms, it should be easy
get Netscape or Microsoft's Explorer --- current versions support frames.)
In the meantime, you can access all my pages from my

directly (but not as easily as when using frames).
